About This Role
- Lead automation testing for web applications to ensure comprehensive coverage and reduce time from development to production.
- Design, build, and leverage automation frameworks using Java and C# to increase testing efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate globally to translate complex requirements into test strategies, scenarios, and reports, supporting Agile delivery environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in automation testing of web applications.
- Proficient in Automation Testing technologies such as Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor and programming languages like Java, C#, or Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience with version control (GIT), test management tools (TFS/MTM, ALM), defect tracking tools (Jira, TFS/MTM, Bugzilla), SQL querying, and testing web services (POSTMAN, REST Assured).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and in-sprint automation.
- Capable of handling both manual and automation testing with a ratio of approximately 60:40.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) testing and ability to analyze risks and generate detailed test documentation.
