About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Manage program plans, dependencies, risks, schedules, release readiness, and operational deployment activities.
- Serve as single point of accountability for program status, executive communications, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years experience leading large-scale technical programs with TPM role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven platforms.
- Experience managing large migration and modernization programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record driving complex cross-functional initiatives with proactive risk and dependency management.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD, and event-driven systems like Kafka.
- Able to influence senior engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to drive alignment and timely decisions.
