About This Role
- Design, develop, integrate, monitor, and support Commercial Account platforms with emphasis on scalable data solutions and API integrations.
- Provide technical support including production monitoring, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for global Commercial Account platforms.
- Leverage technologies such as Dataiku, Snowflake, Python, SQL, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and CI/CD to enhance platform stability and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, commercial lending, credit operations, or payment processing platforms (e.g., Fiserv FirstVision or TSYS/FIS Total Issuing Solutions).
- Proficiency with Dataiku, Snowflake, Python, SQL, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot at intermediate or advanced levels.
- Work location requirement: Bangalore, India, with a 5-day in-office workweek and shift timings from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant financial services or related domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating third-party platforms and SaaS applications within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Capable of supporting globally distributed users and business processes with strong expertise in data engineering, platform modernization, and automation.
