About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed AI Engineers, focusing on recruiting, coaching, technical reviews, and cultivating engineering excellence in GenAI.
- Drive customer-facing technical delivery by engaging in strategic programs, prototyping solutions, and ensuring measurable business impact through rapid innovation and delivery.
- Define and enforce engineering standards and practices across teams, aligning technical strategies with product roadmaps and driving adoption of GenAI technologies in enterprise environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or technical consulting with recent hands-on development in full-stack, cloud, and GenAI applications.
- Minimum 3 years of people management or technical team leadership experience, including mentoring and developing technical and customer-facing talent.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Firefly APIs, Creative Cloud SDKs, GenStudio, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD, containerization, and enterprise-grade delivery practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team support.
