About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software products on the Huron platform, focusing on AI-augmented applications.
- Drive architecture and technical leadership including design reviews, technical decisions on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and authoring documentation.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams within a global Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive software development experience on commercial products.
- Proficient in C# (.NET), React or similar front-end frameworks, RESTful API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code; understanding of AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development with strong system design and performance engineering skills for production systems.
- Skilled in integrating AI agentic development into software engineering workflows and staying current with AI trends relevant to enterprise applications.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed Agile team and taking technical leadership in cloud-native and AI-augmented development projects.
