About This Role
- Manage full fixed asset lifecycle including additions, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations ensuring accurate accounting and timely month-end close.
- Oversee project accounting tasks such as project setup, cost tracking, CWIP monitoring, and capitalization of eligible expenditures.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials and BlackLine to perform financial reconciliations and reporting; support internal controls and continuous process improvements using Excel and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, project accounting, general ledger, or Record-to-Report operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (Fixed Assets and General Ledger modules); exposure to Oracle Projects preferred.
- Familiarity with BlackLine for balance sheet reconciliations and proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing asset accounting processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail and accuracy in month-end closing.
- Comfortable working within technology-driven financial environments, leveraging Oracle Fusion and financial reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Capable of maintaining compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements while identifying and implementing process improvements.
