About This Role
- Perform IT Assessment Reviews including IT General Controls (ITGC), Internal Audits, Controls Testing, and Compliance Reviews (ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Lead and manage execution of IT audits and assessments, supervise team deliverables, monitor audit progress, and ensure quality and statutory compliance.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and governance committees, and mentor team members on audit methodologies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience, preferably including 3-4 years in statutory audit and IT Risk Advisory/Assurance.
- Mandatory degree: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Relevant certifications like CIA, CISA, or CISM are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work location: Bangalore; Prior Big 4 experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise in ITGC areas such as Change Management, User Access Management, IT Operations, Backup and Recovery.
- Experienced in applying IT risk assessment methodologies and industry standards/frameworks like ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST.
- Proven leadership skills managing audit teams, communicating complex IT and security concepts to business stakeholders, and driving audit quality and compliance.
