About This Role
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen frameworks and optimize RAG systems for better information retrieval and response generation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to test agent performance, safety, and behavior.
- Create documentation and contribute to the improvement of agent architecture and capabilities focusing on LLMs and safety principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ to 3+ years of relevant experience in autonomous agent development and AI technologies.
- Proficient in advanced Python programming, including async programming and API development.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, and modern software practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
- Education: Full-time BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working hands-on with multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent orchestration workflows.
- Strong understanding of LLM safety principles, hallucination resolution, and semantic search techniques.
- Demonstrated capability in building scalable autonomous AI agents within collaborative and technically advanced environments.
