About This Role
- Build, automate and maintain GSK's shared network platform capabilities including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management using infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted engineering.
- Engineer platform reliability via SLO definitions, observability instrumentation, toil reduction automation, and integrate with Site Reliability Engineering.
- Mentor and technically lead engineers, uphold engineering standards, and deliver self-service infrastructure to reduce friction for consuming teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in technology or engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of total experience with 6-8 years in platform, infrastructure or software engineering, including at least 2 years as a senior technical lead.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) in production environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and shared network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and engineering secure, automated, reliable network platforms.
