About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and management reports for APAC stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, investigate variances, and collaborate with internal and external partners for timely resolution.
- Support reporting automation, data quality improvements, ERP system upgrades, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance roles.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial controls.
- Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with regional reporting across multiple countries or currencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit preparation preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance reporting through automation, data cleansing, or ERP reporting migrations and work with shared services or external delivery partners.
