About This Role
- Lead and design complex, large-scale technology initiatives and companywide best practices in software and data engineering.
- Develop, code, test, debug, and document technology solutions focusing on application modernization, platform integration, and reusable accelerator development.
- Collaborate with senior technical experts, lead teams or mentor peers, and resolve complex technology issues to meet strategic business and technology objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military, education).
- Strong skills in Python and PySpark; experience with RDBMS (preferably SQL Server).
- Experience designing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and familiarity with streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Agentic AI or multi-agent orchestration systems, familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and related technologies.
- Proven leadership in technical roles driving accountability, quality, and engineering discipline in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
