About This Role
- Own third-line support for complex security infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution and zero missed SLAs.
- Ensure client infrastructures are securely configured, installed, tested, and operational, including proactive monitoring and root cause analysis.
- Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, provide inputs for automation, and potentially manage technology domain projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in complex security infrastructure within a managed services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Workplace type: Hybrid Working.
