About This Role
- Lead and manage a team to implement and revise application systems and programs, focusing on system analysis and programming activities.
- Provide technical oversight and architectural design for complex, multi-system distributed projects using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and more.
- Monitor delivery, manage resources, participate in budgeting, enforce procedural standards, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and delivery of complex multi-system projects using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, databases, and related technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with ALM and CICD tools (GitHub, TFS, Jenkins, OpenShift) and agile and waterfall methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading solution architecture design at both high and detailed levels across multiple technologies including Java, databases, cloud, and web technologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly in a banking/finance context.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like WebSocket, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, and optionally Angular 14+, AWS cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
