About This Role
- Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchase order creation, and supplier performance to ensure continuous supply and efficient inventory for Configure-to-Order production.
- Apply Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to optimize material purchases and inventory, preventing depletion and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Analyze historical data to refine forecasts, control safety stock, and resolve supply issues including quality discrepancies and delivery delays.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field preferred; substantial experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems; experience with Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of inventory optimization techniques such as JIT, EOQ, and ABC Analysis.

- Experienced in negotiating supplier terms and managing supplier relationships with accountability for delivery, lead time, and quality.
- Skilled in utilizing MRP and ERP tools to manage supply chain planning and inventory.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing setting focused on Configure-to-Order production and inventory efficiency.
