About This Role
- Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and negotiation to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of materials.
- Build and manage purchase orders for materials, components, and services, while monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues related to quality and delivery.
- Use Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, and address shortages or quality discrepancies to support Configure-to-Order production demand.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of procurement, planning, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred; substantial experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems; experience with Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of inventory optimization techniques such as JIT, EOQ, and ABC Analysis.

- Experienced in managing supplier relationships with measurable performance accountability, including negotiation and issue resolution.
- Skilled in applying data-driven inventory management and forecast refinement using historical information and demand patterns.
- Comfortable working within dynamic manufacturing supply chain functions utilizing ERP/MRP systems and cross-team coordination.
