About This Role
- Manage operating expense accounting including payroll and month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare operating expense forecasts and conduct variance analysis for expense planning and control.
- Supervise a two-member accounts payable team and oversee direct tax calculations, payments, and banking operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience; prior industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting applications; experience with SAP and Oracle is an advantage.
- On-site role based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating expense and payroll accounting, month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability managing accounts payable, direct tax compliance (TDS, advance tax), and banking operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle supporting complex financial reporting and controls.
