About This Role
- Lead design and technical ownership for new integrations or enhancements in the Payments and Cards domain within enterprise Java Microservices applications.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Spring Boot applications on OpenShift using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring operational pre-production environments and production troubleshooting.
- Drive best practices in coding, collaborate with QA and business teams for quality and vulnerability fixes, and support application deployment and handoff to support teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience building enterprise Java applications with strong skills in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL/RDBMS.
- Proficient in full stack development including React and Node.js at an intermediate level, with containerization and Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Linux/Unix environments, and messaging technologies like MQ/JMS/Kafka.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years; Location: Hybrid role based in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in payments or cards processing technology or domain is a plus but not mandatory.
- Capable of technical leadership and solutioning across multiple engineering teams in a regulated financial environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and support, demonstrating ownership from development through deployment and production support.
