About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise cloud services and automation using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), Azure and AWS SDKs, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Lead and mentor engineering team members, drive key technical projects, and ensure operational adoption and compliance in cloud software development.
- Define and implement architecture and best practices including secure SDLC, performance optimization, AI/ML integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software and cloud development with Python, Azure/AWS, and infrastructure as code tools.
- Advanced/Professional Technical Certificate in Azure, AWS, or Kubernetes mandatory.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel; hybrid working with at least 8 in-person days per month.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development of scalable, resilient cloud APIs and services using Python frameworks and modern front-end technologies (TypeScript/React).
- Proficient in cloud programmability, DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines), AI/ML integration, and secure, compliant coding practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of driving technical projects, improving engineering standards, and mentoring teams in fast-paced, collaborative enterprise environments.
