About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up to ensure timely resolution of unpaid claims.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of AR professionals, overseeing performance, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Analyze operational data to drive process improvements and meet aggressive operational and client service metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- 7–8 years experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with substantial AR Follow-Up experience.
- 1-2 years experience in people management in an operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim adjudication, denials, appeals, collections, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
