About This Role
- Provide assurance on design and effectiveness of IT internal controls in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Plan and execute IT control audits including IT General Controls (ITGC), IT security, infrastructure, access management, and application controls.
- Use GRC tools and audit techniques to evaluate risk mitigation, document findings, and communicate results to IT Audit Leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of IT audit experience; Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Degree in IT or related field such as Business Management, Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or Accounting.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, SOC 2.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years IT audit experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT audit within healthcare or similarly regulated industries dealing with data privacy and security compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple audit projects and prioritizing findings effectively.
- Proficient in using GRC or audit tools such as AuditBoard and capable of quickly understanding IT infrastructure and control environments.
