About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Drive workshops for requirement gathering, design solutions, and identify gaps between business needs and Oracle capabilities.
- Support testing phases, integration with Finance and third-party systems, deliver training, and provide post-production hypercare including impact assessment of quarterly Oracle updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience with 3-5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud SCM functional consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven track record with at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations.
- Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant SCM modules is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced functional consultant skilled at bridging business stakeholders and technical teams with deep knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing).
- Experienced in leading workshops, end-to-end implementations, system integrations, and managing user adoption and training.
- Proven ability to manage project risks, communicate complex information to multiple stakeholders, and drive results in a collaborative yet independent working style.
