About This Role
- Manage end-to-end staffing and resource allocation across projects and business units, ensuring optimal deployment and utilization.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and hiring teams to align on resource requirements, deployment timelines, and fulfill demands.
- Maintain resource management tools, dashboards, and reports; provide regular updates on staffing risks, utilization trends, and workforce planning metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Deployment, or related functions.
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation degree; MBA preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Experience working with workforce management and reporting tools or systems.

- Experienced in staffing operations or talent deployment within professional services, consulting, or shared services environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, managing multiple priorities, and resource forecasting/capacity planning.
