About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for markets and entities across APAC, ensuring accurate and timely financial outcomes.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery and internal controls.
- Coach and develop a finance team; coordinate system changes, finance transformation, and internal/external audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting audits.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills; good spoken and written English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced financial controller or finance operations leader in multinational or matrix organizations, preferably with service delivery management experience.
- Skilled in driving automation, process improvements, or finance transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage vendor/partner relationships, and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
