About This Role
- Lead financial control and service delivery for assigned markets/entities from India, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Maintain internal controls, support audits, and lead a team of finance professionals, coordinating finance transformation activities for smooth implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance service delivery within multinational or matrix organisations.
- Skilled in process automation, RPA, analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
- Able to lead and develop finance teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong control and compliance.
