About This Role
- Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap for multiple platform products in finance, risk, and legal domains within the ServiceNow Platform & Enterprise Tools, ensuring delivery of measurable value and outcome alignment with GSK strategy.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for engineering, work daily with engineering teams to accept work increments, and manage product adoption and outcome metrics rather than output volume.
- Manage stakeholder demand and expectations including supplier components, balancing new capabilities against reliability and collaborating with platform managers, architects, and reliability engineering in decision-making boundaries.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years overall experience with at least 5 years in product ownership or management, including 2+ years owning backlog in a platform or infrastructure context.
- Degree in technology, engineering, business or equivalent practical experience; Agile or product certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe) are desirable but not mandatory.
- Practical experience in lean/agile backlog management with prioritisation by value and risk; experience working with OKRs and measuring adoption/value over feature delivery.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on reliable delivery, managing stakeholders to decline low-value requests, and exposure to using AI tooling for backlog refinement or requirements drafting.

- Experienced senior product owner comfortable making autonomous, value-driven backlog prioritisation decisions balancing stakeholder input with reliability trade-offs.
- Technically literate with ability to engage with engineering on estimates, acceptance criteria, and reliability standards effectively.
- Data-driven operator who uses outcomes, OKRs, and flow metrics to steer delivery and roadmap adjustments rather than anecdotal stakeholder pressure.
