About This Role
- Deliver accurate monthly global management reporting and ensure timely submission for assigned entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and coordinate with shared service centres and external providers to monitor delivery and improve controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus strong Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India requiring regular on-site collaboration combined with remote work as agreed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in preparing reconciliations, variance analysis, and concise management commentary for business reviews and leadership decisions.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple finance stakeholders across regions, shared service centres, and external providers to ensure reporting quality and control compliance.
- Has exposure to finance transformation initiatives, ERP migration projects or familiarity with reporting/analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
