About This Role
- Own and manage the ServiceNow ITSM product backlog, prioritizing requirements based on value, cost, risk, and resource capacity within strategic and financial guardrails.
- Lead delivery activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are usable, secure, compliant, supportable, and aligned with architectural standards while driving operational readiness.
- Monitor and improve product performance through defining KPIs, tracking adoption and support effort, and applying continuous improvement practices within an agile framework.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience with at least 5 years in product delivery or digital solutions roles.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and working directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into technology changes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within enterprise HR technology, service management, compliance, and governed environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic backlog prioritization balancing value, risk, and cost within enterprise-scale ITSM products.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional delivery teams including analysts, engineers, and architects in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security, data protection, and compliance requirements for enterprise digital products.
