About This Role
- Own and implement internal learning & development programs focusing on technical upskilling, leadership development, and performance enablement.
- Partner with regional leaders to identify skill gaps, design scalable learning programs, and manage learning operations including LMS and analytics.
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management, new hire orientation, and cross-functional knowledge sharing sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
- 8-10 years total work experience with a minimum of 5 years in core Learning & Development functions as a lead or senior partner.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, digital learning tools, and facilitation skills (in-person and remote).
- Experience with learning platforms and tools like Articulate RISE, Camtasia, LinkedIn Learning, or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading learning programs within technical and customer-facing teams in a global or matrixed environment.
- Capable of managing end-to-end L&D initiatives with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient at leveraging data and feedback to measure and improve training effectiveness and learning ROI.
