About This Role
- Lead the identification and prototyping of business use cases for Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion models) to create tangible value.
- Design, develop, and implement production-ready AI solutions including optimization for scalability and latency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and ML engineering teams to define AI strategy and manage data processes for model training.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years total experience in Data Science and Analytics, including at least 3 years focused on generative models and Deep Learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python plus proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying advanced Generative AI techniques across multimodal data (images, text, audio), including expertise in RAG architectures and vector databases for semantic search.
- Capable of end-to-end AI solution delivery from research and prototyping to production-grade implementation and optimization.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and consulting environments, with ability to strategize and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
