About This Role
- Lead and manage programs for Oil & Gas client sales and distribution growth at Paytm.
- Monitor and guide team efforts ensuring effective resource utilization and achievement of sales targets.
- Define and implement sales strategies, processes, and training to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking sales, or EDC sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong local language proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
