About This Role
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals in the Oil & Gas fintech distribution sector.
- Recruit, train, and build a sales team to support current and future business projects.
- Manage merchant accounts by educating them on EDC (Swipe machine) benefits, driving adoption and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking sales, or EDC sales.
- Must possess a graduate degree (bachelor's or above).
- Strong understanding of the local language (Mumbai region).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in relevant sales roles.
