About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives with accountability for outcomes and risk mitigation.
- Own and manage intelligent automation intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery pipelines using platforms like Alteryx, Xceptor, and Power Apps with focus on capacity unlock and risk reduction.
- Lead and oversee a Citizen Developer pod ensuring governance compliance, coaching, solution approval, and escalation management for delivery risks and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent).
- Experience in Capital Markets required.
- Proven leadership in delivery using intelligent automation platforms (Alteryx, Xceptor, Power Apps, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Risk, Controls, and Governance expectations.
