About This Role
- Manage day-to-day production workflows across multiple scripted series from development to delivery, ensuring alignment of creative intent, budgets, schedules, and delivery.
- Oversee budget review, cost tracking, and risk mitigation by liaising with Executive Producers, Line Producers, and Production Houses using market-rate benchmarks.
- Maintain slate timelines and dependencies across Creative, Production Finance, Business & Legal Affairs, Post, and Music teams, ensuring all deliverables meet Netflix technical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of production experience in film or scripted series including experience as Executive Producer or Line Producer on 5–6 long-format projects or equivalent.
- Strong budgeting skills: ability to review, break down, and stress-test budgets with knowledge of market rates and cost drivers.
- Established vendor and crew relationships across production, camera, lighting, art, post, and VFX.
- Working knowledge of OTT series workflows including post-production, VFX, and delivery; proficiency in English, Google Workspace and Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize and handle ambiguity by making sound recommendations with incomplete information.
- Demonstrated ability to align senior internal and external stakeholders and escalate conflicts between creative ambitions, budgets, and schedules early.
- Familiarity with production process improvements, vendor coordination, and knowledge of health, safety and inclusion protocols in production environments.
