About This Role
- Translate global business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes for the India site.
- Lead and manage site-level strategic programs and operational initiatives, establishing governance routines and dashboards to ensure timely execution.
- Manage budgets and external vendors for assigned programs, supporting leadership with executive-level updates and cross-site communication.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in site strategy, business operations, program management, site operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a large or matrixed organization.
- Experience working across multiple sites, functions, and geographies.
