About This Role
- Manage and maintain production and demand planning including order backlog, forecasts, and production schedules at daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
- Optimize manufacturing capacity utilization using scheduling techniques and prioritize production aligned with customer requirements.
- Lead supply chain coordination for material forecasting, procurement planning, and issue resolution to ensure material availability and support operational KPIs like forecast accuracy and on-time shipments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain management, or process automation.
- Proficient with Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems; experienced in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant manufacturing and planning domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within industrial automation or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accountability for operational metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder communication and driving planning accuracy in complex production environments.
