About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track procurement and supplier performance metrics.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost reduction opportunities and provide strategic insights to sourcing teams and senior management.
- Optimize procurement processes by implementing best practices in data analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or data analytics focused on reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI connected to Data Lake and Oracle databases, and strong skills in Qlik Sense, SQL, and Excel.
- Location: Pune; work onsite at least three days per week as per hybrid work policy.

- Experienced in procurement analytics with ability to support strategic supplier selection and negotiation through data-driven insights.
- Skilled in advanced data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense in complex ERP environments (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment supporting process improvements and senior leadership decision-making.
