About This Role
- Lead and supervise financial operations and compliance for EAII's Andhra Pradesh programs, ensuring adherence to policies and statutory requirements.
- Oversee budget preparation, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly MIS reporting for state-level programs.
- Manage and guide operational tasks including vendor management, travel desk, procurement, and audit coordination within Andhra Pradesh office.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and operations.
- Master's degree in Commerce, Accounts, Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance); CA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Indian statutory compliance for TDS and GST including Reverse Charge Mechanism, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi (mandatory), and English; role based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh with legal authorization to work in India required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supervising junior finance team members and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple finance and operational tasks across multi-programme environments with strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.
- Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh local context and state government coordination to effectively support program implementation and compliance.
