About This Role
- Lead business analysis and process optimization for Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Manage business requirements gathering, user story development, and testing to support integration and engineering projects at Caterpillar India CoE.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver measurable business solutions and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform core functionalities including data model, reports, dashboards, security, automation, and case management.
- Mandatory certifications or equivalent experience such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
- Experience in business process analysis, data analysis, testing, and quality assurance within IT or integration contexts.
- Position requires 5-day in-office work in Bangalore with shift timings 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with Salesforce platform integration and release management in a mid-to-large enterprise IT environment.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including business users, development and testing teams to deliver solutions.
- Ability to handle detailed documentation, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives within complex IT settings.
