About This Role
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary AI and Data Engineering team responsible for AI/ML, agentic systems, and platform development.
- Drive design, delivery, scalability, and operational readiness of agent-based AI capabilities, ensuring production quality and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Security, and legal teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI and data solutions aligning with company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in data architecture and ecosystem development with 5+ years in big data solutions including distributed computing optimization.
- 2+ years of hands-on Agentic AI development experience building and deploying autonomous agents in complex data environments.
- 5+ years managing and developing engineering teams with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India with ability to work in a hybrid model (remote and in-office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong quantitative and business judgment skills.
- Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, including workflows, agent harnesses, memory management, orchestration, and modern AI stack (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, RAG).
- Proficient building big data solutions using Apache Spark, EMR, Databricks on AWS and comfortable partnering with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
