About This Role
- Manage and enhance internal KYC (Know Your Client) quality metrics program including accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership.
- Support regulatory reporting and governance related to AML monitoring in coordination with Compliance and Control teams.
- Lead and represent departmental projects and initiatives; prepare presentations for senior management and engage with auditors and regulators.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s/University degree required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in reporting, metrics, MIS, or operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office (including SharePoint) and data management tools.
- Location requirement: Based in Mumbai, India (Hybrid working model).
