About This Role
- Own the full lifecycle support, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday integrations for HR business functions, ensuring reliable and secure data flows.
- Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for Workday integrations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new scalable Workday integration solutions using native technologies and APIs, collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Workday APIs, REST and SOAP web services, Reports-as-a-Service, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, web services, API integrations, and experience supporting Workday semi-annual release process.

- Experienced Workday integration developer with deep technical knowledge combined with a business-focused approach to align solutions with HR needs.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving HR stakeholders, application support teams, and external vendors for enterprise integration delivery.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to manage integrations lifecycle including impact assessment, regression testing, and operational support.
