About This Role
- Establish and support the Centre of Excellence capability within Technology Finance, including transitioning general finance activities from the Sydney team to India.
- Assess and improve core finance processes through digitization and automation to enhance business outcomes and resource optimization.
- Support financial governance by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing consistent policies and procedures across Technology Finance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting industry.
- Experience in a Finance Centre of Excellence team focused on automation, process improvement, and change delivery.
- CA or CPA qualification with relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Technology Business Management or experience in IT Finance/IT Business Manager role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and automation within finance functions, specifically in Technology Finance contexts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to align on finance and technology objectives.
- Ability to lead transition and change initiatives between international teams with a focus on financial control and governance.
