About This Role
- Lead development of advanced machine learning and statistical models to address complex healthcare challenges.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Snowflake/Data Lake and Azure Stack services.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy and mentor data science team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
- Strong expertise with Azure Stack services, Snowflake, and SQL including dimensional modeling.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree mandatory.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau; programming proficiency in R or Python preferred.

- Experienced in applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling specifically in healthcare or complex business domains.
- Skilled in building and fine-tuning machine learning models and conducting exploratory data analysis with visualizations.
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and lead AI research or automation projects including generative or agentic AI.
