About This Role
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP EAM/PM solutions for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects within SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and prepare Functional Specifications and Solution Design Documents to align SAP EAM/PM solutions with best practices and industry standards.
- Manage integration with other SAP modules and support end-to-end project delivery activities including requirement workshops, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementations and end-to-end project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering or MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent degrees such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, CA, CMA, ICWA.
- Mandatory skills: SAP PM/EAM, SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional knowledge of maintenance processes including asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and calibration management within SAP environments.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and design solutions aligned to SAP Best Practices for SAP EAM/PM.
- Experience collaborating with multiple SAP modules (MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, PS, FI/CO) and handling integration with advanced SAP tools like Digital Manufacturing, Asset Performance Management, and Business Technology Platform.
