About This Role
- Manage procurement processes including purchase requisitions and supplier coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory acquisition for manufacturing.
- Maintain procurement data integrity and supplier relationships using SAP, Ariba, and PLM systems; drive key KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover for assigned suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, quality, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, optimize pricing, and manage supplier capacities globally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years related experience or Master’s degree with 2 years experience.
- Experience with global suppliers and stakeholder management, SAP ECC MM module, and MRP knowledge is mandatory; Ariba SCC knowledge preferred.
- Strong knowledge of direct procurement, vendor relations, inventory management, good understanding of GMPs, and product specification inspection procedures.
- Willingness to work 2-11 shift to support US region; visa sponsorship not available.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end procurement for manufacturing environments with a focus on supply chain data accuracy and supplier collaboration.
- Practiced in using enterprise systems like SAP, Ariba, PLM, and quality management tools (Reliance/ETQ) to optimize procurement operations globally.
- Skilled in analyzing cost, volume planning, and supplier negotiations to secure best value within established company policies.
