About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions to enable strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, integrate data from multiple enterprise and cloud sources, and deliver scalable reporting and system solutions.
- Support technology strategy and governance through validated, accurate reporting and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience including internships, projects, or professional work.
- Foundational SQL and data analysis skills; exposure to Python via coursework or projects.
- Work onsite in Bengaluru at Illumina’s Manyata office minimum three days per week; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional or recent graduate with statistical and business analysis competency.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, Agile, globally distributed teams using enterprise and cloud technologies.
- Capable of translating business needs into technical reporting solutions, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
