About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and management reports for the APAC region.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, analyze variances, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external partners.
- Support reporting automation, data quality improvements, ERP system upgrades, and maintain audit compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance roles.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes, financial controls, and experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Role follows hybrid working pattern with regular on-site presence in India as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting regional reporting across multiple countries or currencies within APAC.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit support.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, and involvement in reporting automation or ERP reporting migrations.
