About This Role
- Own end-to-end monthly global management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements including ERP updates, dashboard development, and support ad hoc reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
- Role based in India with a hybrid working pattern requiring regular on-site collaboration; remote days as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in month-end close processes, financial controls, and preparing clear management commentary for leadership.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external providers.
- Demonstrated ability to improve reporting processes and contribute to finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
