About This Role
- Coach and mentor product teams and Product Owners on agile practices to improve delivery discipline, collaboration, and outcomes.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-team dependencies ensuring alignment and timely resolution of blockers.
- Support performance improvement using flow and outcome metrics, OKRs tracking, and contribute to the Center of Excellence for continuous agile operating model evolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–9 years experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile roles within scaled environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical experience with agile delivery and coaching techniques.
- Experience with agile tools like Jira and SPM, and familiarity with software delivery lifecycle and engineering practices including test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: 7–9 years experience in agile roles (Scrum Master/Agile Coach)
