About This Role
- Lead technical architecture for EV Energy and Charging software, focusing on high voltage energy, power management, and charging system functions.
- Own end-to-end project delivery from India including resource management, milestone tracking, and global coordination.
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers including performance management, coaching, and hiring responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years total professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- Technical skills in Embedded C/C++, MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, RTOS, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
- Experience in powertrain application software development preferably in EV domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical leadership with deep expertise in EV energy and charging software architecture.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and coordinating cross-region project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and develop engineering teams effectively in a complex delivery environment.
